Renowned gospel singer Frank Edwards has sparked amusement online with a humorous observation about modern wedding attendance habits. In a recent social media post, Edwards quipped about the common disparity between church wedding ceremonies and reception gatherings.

“People will fix wedding and send out invitation but only 20 people will show up for church wedding [while] 10,000 will show up at reception to eat rice,” he wrote. Joking about a solution, he suggested, “Print 2 invitation cards!! Give out the one for church wedding.. give out the one for reception in church… NASO I GO DO AM.” He even went further, humorously stating, “Since is only food you want there will be food trucks at the gate so you can get your food and go back home!”
