Celebrated Guinness World Record holder Hilda Baci has shared a poignant tribute to her mother’s resilience following the expansion of her culinary business, Calabar Pot. The milestone was marked by a dedication ceremony where Pastor Jerry Eze offered prayers over the establishment’s second branch.
Reflecting on her journey, Baci recalled watching her mother’s tireless dedication, characterized by early mornings and long nights fueled by faith. She described the business as a significant family heritage, noting that both she and her mother continue to build their respective brands in the food industry. According to Baci, this new achievement serves as physical proof that “consistency compounds”.
The newly opened branch is located at Machima Spaces, Wuse Zone 2, and is set to operate 24/7. Baci concluded her announcement by expressing deep pride in her mother’s growth and the continued expansion of their shared culinary legacy.
