Christian Digital Organization Slams Pastor Femi Lazarus Over Silence on Christian Persecution

A highly inflammatory social media post has gone viral, directly challenging Pastor Femi Lazarus over his perceived silence and opposition regarding the alleged Christian genocide in Nigeria.

The post, shared by a user identified as @SpiricocoNg on X (formerly Twitter), contrasted the pastor’s work with the actions of Evangelist Ezekiel Dachomo, who is known for his courageous work burying Christians murdered by Muslim terrorists in Plateau State.Direct Accusation and Staggering Claims

The author of the post directly accused Pastor Lazarus of choosing to “speak in line with those who oppose, excuse, or dismiss the genocide of Christians in Nigeria.”The post went on to make several staggering, unverified claims about the scale of the violence:Over 60,000 Christians have been killed since 2009.19,000 churches have been burnt.2,200 schools have been destroyed by Muslim extremists.

7,000 deaths were recorded this year alone, which the author likened to the entire headquarters of a church being wiped out annually.

The Contrast with Evangelist DachomoThe core of the criticism was a powerful comparison:”This man, Evangelist Ezekiel Dachomo, has buried more Christians murdered by Muslim terrorists than you have planted church branches… You saw the Owo massacre. You heard of Yeleta.”

The author also linked the issue to the recent actions of the Donald Trump administration, noting that Trump had “offered to help eliminate the terrorists killing Christians in this nation.”

The post concluded with a chilling accountability warning: “Femi Lazarus, one day you will stand before God and give an account.”

The incident highlights the deep and painful division within the Christian community regarding the response to ongoing security challenges and persecution in the country.
