Text — Mark 1: 35-37
Message
Prayer is a very important part of our lives as children of God. Jesus Christ set the example for us to see and follow. He, as God in human flesh, did not face the day without first communing with God His heavenly Father. The Saviour set time apart to talk to God one-on-one.
Let your day start with God.
Rise up early (like Jesus did).
Read your Bible – follow the Daily devotional for the day in Sincere Milk booklet.
Make notes of what you read.
Talk to God in prayer about what you read and commit the day into His hands.
You can also present your prayer requests to God. You can pray for the nation, the church, your family, your unsaved friends and neighbours. Also, pray for your own needs. This activity should be a regular one. God will surely answer your prayers.
