The 54th Annual GMA Dove Awards have nominated AfroGospel artist Limoblaze in two categories: Rap/Hip Hop Album of the Year and Rap/Hip Hop Song of the Year.
Limoblaze, a gospel performer who was considered by the Dove Awards for four different categories, is ultimately nominated for this year’s award alongside other seasoned performers.
The musician was also a nominee for the “Headies” award, one of Nigeria’s most prestigious honors. Lecrae and Happi Music were included in his song “Jireh (My Provider),” which was selected.
Limoblaze is up for two major awards: Rap/Hip Hop Album of the Year for “Sunday in Lagos” and Rap/Hip Hop Song of the Year for “Jireh” (My Provider) Featuring Happi.
The Gospel Music Association of the United States bestows the Dove Award to honor outstanding success in the Christian music sector.
Additionally nominated for many awards this year are Maverick City Music, Kirk Franklin, Tasha Cobbs Leonard, and Katy Nichole
