Pastor Iren Other Prominent Nigerian Pastors Tour Monumental ‘The Ark’ Project in Canaanland

A group of prominent Nigerian Christian leaders recently toured the site of “The Ark,” the massive, ultra-modern auditorium currently under construction at Canaanland, the headquarters of the Living Faith Church Worldwide (Winners’ Chapel) in Ota, Ogun State.

The delegation included Pastor Emmanuel Iren, founder of Celebration Church International (CCI), alongside notable ministers Pastor Daniel Olawande and Pastor Olushola Okodugha. The leaders were guided through the mega-structure by Pastor Steve Ogah of Winners’ Chapel.

Reflecting on the visit, Pastor Iren expressed profound awe at the scale of the engineering marvel, describing it as a “literal world wonder.” He noted that the sheer magnitude of the project required him to take a quiet moment alone to fully process its scale, adding that the development represents a significant achievement for the broader Christian community.

The Ark Project, initially launched under the vision of Bishop David Oyedepo, is designed to be a multi-level sanctuary with a seating capacity exceeding 100,000 worshippers. Touted as one of the largest structural spans in modern architecture, the multi-million dollar facility is drawing widespread attention from global religious and architectural communities alike as it nears completion.
