We travel a lot in our daily lives. Whether it’s for our everyday commutes to work or for excursions or vacations with our families or friends, we travel regularly.
And we thank God for making travel convenient. We can employ a range of modes of transportation to go where we need to go.
Even yet, traveling is a demanding activity. We worry about things like security, abrupt changes in the weather, missed flights, and lost bags.
While traveling, a great number of terrible things can happen. How and what can we do to deal with such a situation when it arises? We can quickly say a prayer for a safe journey to our God.

Lord, I know that You watch over my every move. Please be on the lookout for me today as I travel. Keep me in Your loving arms. Under Your powerful wings, shield me, and keep me safe from harm as I travel. When I set out on my adventure, I’ll decide to put my trust in you rather than give in to dread. Father, I say a prayer for the plane I’m on. Throughout this trip, I’m depending on you to make sure there are no crises or mechanical issues. May the pilot maintain vigilance and use good judgment.
