“Why Manipulate Institutions to Bully Me?” – Mercy Chinwo Manager Rejects Claims of $345,000 Diversion

Mercy Chinwo’s former manager has vehemently denied allegations of diverting $345,000, refuting claims made by the gospel artist’s team. In a series of social media posts, the manager countered these accusations, asserting that Chinwo is attempting to claim ownership of a music catalog that he fully funded.

The manager revealed that he has invested a substantial sum, amounting to $625,000, in Chinwo’s career despite her allegations of unfair treatment. He emphasized the 50/50 earnings agreement they had, which entitled him to both royalties and remittances from their business ventures. However, the manager accused Chinwo of exploiting her connections within law enforcement and religious circles to manipulate the situation.

He detailed his significant contributions to Chinwo’s success, including providing financial support, securing housing for her, and investing considerable time and effort in building her platform.

Moreover, the manager recounted facing legal hurdles, including an alleged extortion attempt by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) during his nine-day detention.
